Hunstanton Tennis Week

Each year Hunstanton becomes host to it’s own extremely popular annual tennis tournament.
The event has been running since the 1920’s and is believed to be one of the largest tennis tournaments in the UK.
In 2008, the event runs from Sunday 17th August to Saturday 23rd August.

Cromer Crabs

Crab are a large part of the income of the town of Cromer. Historically the crab were only caught in the summer months, in autumn the fishermen brought Herring to the town, and winter cod was the main catch. This has now changed to solely bringing crab and lobster to the town.

The Albatros Clipper Ship

Now anchored in Wells-next-the-sea, is a 100 year old Dutch clipper, built in Rotterdam in 1899.
